At Rocketsmmpro, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality social media services such as follower growth, likes, and views.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and the delivery of intangible services:

All sales are final once a service has begun or been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed services.

Once a campaign is started, the process cannot be reversed, and the cost of the service has already been incurred.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

The service was not delivered at all within the estimated timeframe.

There was a technical error on our end that prevented delivery.

The order was placed multiple times accidentally, and duplicates were not processed yet.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of your order date with full details, including your order number and the issue experienced.


3.Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after ordering

You violated the terms of the social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) during the service period

Drops in followers after service completion due to platform cleanups or policy changes

Delays caused by incorrect information or usernames provided during checkout


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once your campaign is in progress, cancellation is no longer possible.
